FIFA World Cup South Africa 2010

The FIFA World Cup is the biggest football event in the world where teams from all continents participate and compete to bring the Cup to their continent and even more importantly to their country.The tournament is played after every four years with the host country and the defending champions the only two teams automatically qualifying for the tournament. The countries from around the globe competed for the remaining 30 spots available. This year the teams who qualified for the World Cup were placed in the eight groups and from the draw, everyone is looking forward to 11th June 2010 anxiously. The "Group of Death" this time has the world's most crowned team Brazil in it which will compete with the likes of Portugal,Cote d'Ivoire and Korea DPR. The tournament will be inaugurated when he hosts South Africa will play Mexico on 11th June,2010. These are the Groups in which 32 teams are divided:

The current World no.1 team is Spain but the favorites this time still remains Brazil along with the likes of Spain,Italy,Germany,England, Argentina and France to give tough competition to the "Selecao".
